The Raw Kitchen: Mayan Hot Cacao Recipe

This recipe is originally from my cookbook, The Raw Kitchen, published back in April 2016. This recipe is such a hit for any crowd. Its a delicious, lush, indulgent hot chocolate - you would never know it as the healthy edition. Over the years I have edited and amended the recipe and updated it for you here. It is the perfect balance of spicy, warming, chocolatey, but not too sweet.
