Sometimes it can hit us hard when we aren’t expecting it. Like someone has poked a stick into the ribs when we weren’t (are we ever?) ready. And sometimes, we expect it. We do all we can to protect ourselves from the pain but it hurts just as bad anyway..
Sometimes our worthiness can take a bruising, and it can take some time to rebuild the trust and faith to believe we deserve the best possible outcome. Sometimes we forget that we can achieve our dreams. When we get knocked down, it is easier to think and play small, afraid that if we move boldly ahead we will get struck down again.
It doesn’t get much better than this. I love making this recipe at ‘that time of the month’ when the chocolate cravings are real. I also love to switch it out for lavender essential oil, peppermint, or wild orange. I use the doterra oils as they are high quality for food grade.
What we put on the outside of the body is just as important as what we put inside. I love making home-made creams, scrubs and oils so I know exactly what is in them, and it’s so much more enjoyable using something you have made yourself! It is really fun to do with a friend or with the kids. It also allows you to try out what works best with your skin..
