For the second time Olivia and Hannah will be joining forces to bring you this incredibly relaxing and healing Yin & Reiki Experience. Indulge in the relaxing sounds of Hannah’s soothing voice, with long held yin poses and meditative sounds. Olivia will spend time with each person in the room, providing a mini reiki healing session.
What is Yin?
A true practice in unwinding and letting go. In this class we will move through some slow, long held, floor-based postures - using bolsters blankets and blocks to ensure you feel supported and rested.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique and involves healing through the palms. Olivia will channel the Reiki energy through her hands and direct it to students where she feels it is needed. You are welcome to request no Reiki on the day.
About the hosts:
Hannah has been teaching yoga since 2015. She has studied yin yoga, traditional Chinese medicine and meridian theory in Sri Lanka as well as yoga philosophy, lifestyle and ethics in Bali. Her fascination with the body, mind and soul is forever growing and has led her to study psychology.
Olivia has been trained and practicing Reiki since 2017. She has experienced how this energetic and spiritual practice can activate natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional wellbeing.
What to bring:
Please wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in and a warm layer if you get cool.
Yoga mats and props are available. Tea provided.
Please be punctual as once the event starts the doors will be locked.
